Sorogi offers a range of programs tailored to help people manage or prevent chronic health conditions. Programs are free for participants in the Washington DC area and available at affordable rates for residents of other states. Paying participants are on a “hop-on, hop-off” system—you aren’t locked into expensive plans and are free to pause or resume programs when it suits your budget.

Each program offers compassionate, tailored care to meet your needs and empower you on your health journey. Learn about your condition, healthy nutrition, tasty recipes, effective exercise, and achievable lifestyle changes with the help of healthcare professionals and supportive peers.
Although we are available to arrange in-person sessions if needed, classes and materials are delivered online via Zoom, conveniently accessible from your own home. Most programs take up about three hours a week. If you miss a session, don’t worry—recorded classes will be available to catch up on your schedule.
