Opportunity for DC Health Care Professionals
Sorogi is exicted to announce a partnership with DC Health’s Chronic Disease Division to provide training and technical assistance related to diabetes prevention and diabetes management in order to increase the number of organizations able to provide enhanced care for DC residents. If you are looking for new Diabetes patient education resources, there are Diabetes educational classes available. These courses may cover everything from diet tips, blood sugar levels, exercise options, and more to create a Diabetes management plan for your patients.
The following CPE trainings, facilitated by ADCES (Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists) are offered at NO COST to all DC Healthcare Professionals. We believe that diabetes and education go hand-in-hand, which is why we are proud to be offering these trainings to ensure optimal outcomes can be achieved for people who have diabetes.
